Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Shine AIO LLC, a limited liability company formed in [STATE OF FORMATION] (“Shine AIO”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you buy or use a Shine AIO licence, the Shine AIO desktop app, this website or the dashboard at dashboard.shineaio.com (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. What Shine AIO is

Shine AIO is desktop software for Windows, macOS and Linux that watches online stores for stock and can check out for you, using the profiles, accounts and proxies you set up in it. The app runs on your own computer. We provide the software, updates, the licence that unlocks it, and the dashboard where you manage your account.

Licences are sold in limited numbers. When they are sold out you can join a waitlist; joining it does not guarantee that you will be able to buy one.

3. Your licence

When you buy a licence we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use Shine AIO under these terms.

• One computer at a time. A licence is tied to one computer. You can move it to another computer by releasing it in the dashboard (or from the app); the next computer that signs in then takes it.
• One person. Do not share, resell, rent, lend or sublicense your licence or your account, and do not let others use them.
• No tampering. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app (except as the law expressly allows), and do not bypass or interfere with its licensing, update or security checks.
• We may change the software. We add, change and remove features and supported stores over time, and some versions may stop working when a store changes. Keep the app up to date.

The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

4. Your account

• Give us an email address you control, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at [CONTACT EMAIL, e.g. support@shineaio.com] if you think someone else has access to your account.
• Connecting a Discord account is optional and is used for customer support access.

5. Payment, renewals and refunds

Prices, billing periods and any renewal terms are shown when you buy. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]; we do not receive or store your full card number for purchases. You authorise us to charge the payment method you give us for the licence you choose, including renewals if your plan renews, until you cancel.

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) instead of contacting us, we may suspend your licence while the dispute is open, and end it if the dispute is decided in your favour.

6. Using Shine AIO responsibly

Shine AIO acts on your instructions. You decide which stores it visits, what it buys, and which accounts, cards and proxies it uses. You are responsible for:

• following the terms of service of every store and website you use it with, and any purchase limits they set;
• obeying the laws that apply to you, including consumer, payment and resale laws;
• only using payment cards, accounts, addresses and proxies that you own or are authorised to use;
• what happens to accounts and orders at stores that restrict or cancel automated purchases.

You must not use the Service for fraud, to test stolen cards or accounts, to attack or overload any website, or for anything unlawful.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that Shine AIO will secure any product, complete any checkout, or work with any particular store at any particular time. Stores change their websites, stock is limited, and stores may block, cancel or refuse orders. We are not responsible for the prices, products, delivery or conduct of any store.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your licence and account, without a refund where the law allows, if you break these terms, including by sharing or reselling your licence, abusing the Service, attempting to get around its licensing, or through chargebacks or fraud. We may also switch off particular store modules for everyone or for your licence.

You can stop using the Service at any time. The sections on warranties, liability, indemnity and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SHINE AIO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST PURCHASES, CANCELLED ORDERS, ACCOUNT BANS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Shine AIO LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or of any law or third party’s rights, including a store’s terms of service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app or dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF FORMATION], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
